Megan Thee Stallion’s New Boo Torrey Craig Sparks Drama as Exes Speak Out

Megan Thee Stallion has a new man in her life—NBA player Torrey Craig—and it’s got everyone talking. The two were recently spotted together in photos, and Megan has even been showing her support at his games. It looks like their relationship has been going strong for a while, but not everyone is happy about it.

Things got messy when women from Torrey’s past started speaking out. Jasmine Elizabeth, one of his exes, claimed Torrey was cheating on Megan with her and even posted screenshots as proof. According to Jasmine, they’ve been talking since 2023, with their last exchange happening in December. When she asked if he was seeing someone, Torrey allegedly replied, “Me, myself, and I,” denying any relationship.

Another ex, Olivia Davis, didn’t hold back either. In a TikTok chat with influencer Lana Rhoades, Olivia threw shade at Megan, even pretending she didn’t know how to pronounce her name. Lana seemed confused about why Torrey was dating Megan, suggesting she wasn’t his “type.” Olivia chimed in with more subtle digs, fueling the drama.

Fans were quick to call out their comments, especially the suggestion that Megan didn’t fit Torrey’s usual preference. Many felt the remarks were racially charged, which led to a lot of backlash. Lana later tried to clarify, saying:

“If you looked at all the girls my friend showed me that Torrey was talking to, they all looked the same—like carbon copies. It wasn’t about race. It was just seeing someone completely different, who also happens to boost his image, and that felt off to me.”

For now, Megan and Torrey haven’t addressed the drama publicly, leaving fans to wonder if this relationship will weather the storm.

This explanation still doesn’t quite hit the mark. Lana’s comments made it sound like Torrey couldn’t possibly be genuinely attracted to someone like Megan, implying he was only with her for her fame and money. But that doesn’t really hold up, considering Torrey has dated Black women before, including Jasmine Elizabeth and his baby mama, Jerica.

In fact, Media Takeout reported that Megan allegedly took a shot at Jerica in her song “Fell In Love.” The lyrics supposedly go:

“I don’t care about no DM or no b* that came to see him. And I know he loves his child, but f his BM. I’m the best b**** he ever had.”

Looks like the drama surrounding Megan and Torrey’s relationship isn’t dying down anytime soon!

As for the takeaway: If you’ve seen Jerica, Torrey’s baby mama, you’d know she’s gorgeous and Black. So it’s clear that Torrey has a thing for Black women. I don’t know why Olivia’s friend seems so surprised by it—well, actually, I do. A lot of Black athletes tend to go for women who look like Olivia and her friends, who are often seen as the “preferred” type. Their egos can get inflated by this attention, and some might even think they’re better than Black women because of it. But honestly, a lot of these athletes are just playing the field with whoever’s around.

It’s obvious Torrey Craig is a bit of a player, but Megan seems to be enjoying her time with him for now—that’s her choice.

Moving on, let’s talk about Chloe Bailey and her rumored connection to Burna Boy. Recently, Chloe appeared on The Breakfast Club and was asked about her relationship with Burna Boy. Back in December, she was spotted in Lagos, Nigeria, with Burna Boy, sparking all sorts of rumors. The blogs went wild, with people saying, “Oh my gosh, Chloe and Burna Boy are dating!”

This stirred up some tension with Burna Boy’s ex, Stefflon Don. Allegedly, Stefflon posted an old video of her and Burna Boy in a Rolls Royce as a response to seeing him with Chloe. I didn’t see the post myself, but that’s what the blogs claimed. If it was a post-and-delete, it wouldn’t surprise me—Stefflon seemed really attached to Burna Boy. She even had some drama with Jada Kingdom over him and called him the love of her life.

But did that love last? No, it didn’t. Stefflon and Burna Boy didn’t make it because, well, Burna Boy’s clearly a guy who moves on quickly. After her, he moved on to Jada Kingdom, dated a few other women, and now, allegedly, he’s with Chloe.

One thing I’ll give Chloe credit for is that she’s not about confirming or denying anything when it comes to relationships. She won’t claim a man who won’t claim her back—and that’s honestly pretty smart. When she was asked about it during her Breakfast Club interview, she kept it cool.

Here’s how that conversation went:

Interviewer: “So, are you bringing a date to the NAACP Awards?” Chloe: “My godmom and my manager.” Interviewer: “So, no Burna Boy?” Chloe: “You’ll have to ask him. He’s not here.”

Then the interviewer pressed again: Interviewer: “We saw you out with him in Nigeria. Is that a new thing?” Chloe: “Nigeria was so beautiful. I had the best time.” Interviewer: “What did you eat?” Chloe: “Oh, I had some amazing food. Pepper soup and lots of spicy chicken. It was really good.”
Interviewer: “So, what about the nightlife? We saw you out with Burna Boy at the club.”
Chloe: “The nightlife was amazing—so many lights, so many colors, and cameras everywhere.”

Then the interviewer got a little pushy:
Interviewer: “We all want to know—are you and Burna Boy something more, or is it just for fun?”

Chloe: “I’m a grown woman. I had an amazing time in Nigeria. That’s all I’m saying.”

It’s clear Chloe wasn’t about to get into details, and honestly, I respect her for keeping it cool.

Lauren from The Breakfast Club is a skilled interviewer, but this moment felt a little awkward. It was obvious Chloe wasn’t ready to answer, and she handled it perfectly. Sometimes it’s better not to confirm or deny anything—just enjoy life and let things unfold. She’s probably seeing other people, and Burna Boy most likely is too. They’re not exclusive, but there’s definitely a strategic benefit to being seen together—it gets attention.

This is great for Chloe. I really hope she can lock in a collaboration with Burna Boy. She needs that big hit, whether it’s as a solo artist or a feature. She has all the right qualities to be a superstar. And if she explores different genres like Afrobeats, Latin, Brazilian funk, dancehall, or even K-pop, she could really broaden her international fan base.
