The recently released surveillance footage from 2016 is incredibly disturbing, showing what appears to be Diddy physically attacking his then-girlfriend, Cassie. I want to set the record straight here on YouTube: the career of Shawn P. Diddy Combs, as we know it, is over. Many rappers are finally coming forward to condemn Diddy after this shocking footage leaked. It shows him doing everything Cassie accused him of in her lawsuit—kicking her in the face, stomping on her, throwing things at her, and at one point, even dragging her across the floor like an animal.
What’s even crazier is that just a few days before this footage came out, Diddy was trying to gaslight everyone into thinking we were canceling him for no reason. But this footage clearly proves otherwise. And that’s not all. For the first time in a long while, many rappers are publicly supporting Cassie. Most of them were on Diddy’s side when she initially filed her lawsuit, with some even having the audacity to call her a liar. But after seeing this footage, they’re all changing their tune.
Word on the street is that this is just one of many tapes, including some so-called “Freak Off” tapes, that will be released over time. If you remember, Cassie filed a $30 million lawsuit against Diddy back in November, detailing how he attacked her, made her take drugs, and forced her into encounters with male prostitutes.
We didn’t expect this video to be leaked to the public. In the video, Cassie is seen trying to leave the hotel room and make her way to the elevator. Just as she’s about to escape, Diddy, holding only a towel, runs after her, grabs her by the back of the neck, and throws her to the floor. He then starts kicking her in the back, stomach, and face. But he doesn’t stop there. He picks up her purse and suitcase from the floor and walks away. Seconds later, he comes back, shoves Cassie as she’s trying to stand up, sits down on a chair, grabs an object from the table, aims it at her face, and aggressively throws it at her.
According to the complaint, Diddy got extremely intoxicated and punched Miss Ventura in the face, giving her a black eye. This incident prompted Ventura to try to leave the hotel room, according to the lawsuit. The surveillance video obtained by CNN shows her entering the hallway. The complaint states that as she exited, Mr. Coles woke up and started screaming at Miss Ventura. He followed her into the hallway, still yelling. The complaint also says he grabbed her and threw glass vases at her. Many people are disgusted by this video because it proves everything Cassie had already said. Even more disturbing is that there are reportedly more videos that could be even worse.
Cassie herself revealed that Diddy used to pay hotels to get rid of their surveillance footage, which explains why it took so long for people to find this video. One person reacted to this by saying, “This is so sad. No woman should have to endure this kind of behavior under any circumstances. I can only imagine what he did in the privacy of his own home. Prayers for Cassie and her mental health. Having to relive this all over again is not good.” Another person said, “He really tortured her and played a hero to the public. Karisha, please.”
It wasn’t just fans who had something to say. Many celebrities also came out to show their support for Cassie and condemn Diddy’s cruel behavior. What’s even more interesting is that just a few days before this footage was released, FY Sin made another post calling out Jay-Z for going into hiding as soon as Diddy was exposed. He posted an extremely unflattering close-up photo of Jay-Z with the caption, “Jay in hibernation. He ain’t coming outside till this with Puff blows over.”
“No brunch, no lunch, no dinner. LOL. I’m all you got now.” Even though it sounds like FY is just trolling, he’s actually being serious. Jay canceled his annual Roc Nation brunch, which Diddy was heavily involved in. He also canceled his Made in America festival, and he’s been everywhere but the US. Recently, he was in Japan with Beyoncé, and he hasn’t been seen in the US for months. It’s almost as if he’s hiding and counting down the days until the feds come for him.
Meanwhile, Cassie has been receiving support from the industry. Rapper Slim Thug, who initially doubted Cassie and defended Diddy’s behavior, has since apologized. He posted on Instagram, “Damn, Diddy, I tried to ride with the black man who had no charges yet. I can’t stand behind this. I’ll take this L, but I still will ride with my people until I see some sort of proof. I don’t believe in blogs or civil suits. Apologies to Cassie and whoever else was on the right side this time.”
Bobby Shmurda also weighed in, criticizing Diddy and calling out men who abuse defenseless women. He demanded accountability for men like Diddy, saying, “Enough is enough, guys. You gotta stop, bro. Why do you go crazy, bro? You all are acting crazy. Why would you put your hands on a female, especially when you’re a multi-millionaire? Even if you weren’t, no female should make you lose control. I’ve been in jail for six years, and I’ve had girls go crazy over me. I still have my ex chasing me from 2015, and she’s got twins now. Get out of here. You understand what I’m saying?
Why can’t I stop this from happening? This drives me crazy. You have a high status; you have nieces and daughters out here. Why are you doing this on camera? These little ones are looking up to you all, and then they start copying you.
Girls, stop asking these guys for money because when you do, they feel entitled. And guys, stop giving girls money. If a girl has been on this Earth for 20, 30, or 40 years and she hasn’t got her own, that means she isn’t about it. You understand? So leave that alone.

I’m Kim Porter’s friend. Koboof also revealed how Diddy would physically attack Kim and even forced her to lick the discharge fluid from Cassie’s tampon. The Diddy situation is no surprise, but it reminds me of the horrible way he treated my friend Kim Porter. I’ve always silently held him responsible for her early death. What you saw in the video of Diddy and Cassie is nothing compared to that. I will never forget when he tried to make Kim Porter lick Cassie’s tampon, always using Kim’s race to demean her.”
Despite overwhelming evidence, including witness statements and video footage, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office recently released a statement saying they won’t be making any arrests because the video is old and the timeline for the victims to come forward has passed.
People were not happy about this at all. They criticized the idea of putting a deadline on reporting trauma, pointing out that victims are often too scared to speak out right after being mistreated. Some believe the real reason Diddy hasn’t been arrested and is using this law to his advantage is because he might be secretly working with the feds and is under their protection. They think Diddy has been providing information to the authorities, which is why he remains free.
Remember when Kanye mentioned something like this a while ago? Many people dismissed it as just talk. He posted a screenshot of a message from Diddy, where Diddy asked to meet in person, and Kanye replied, “Ninja, F you, you a fed.” It turns out Kanye might have been onto something because Candace Owens also came forward, claiming that the police wouldn’t arrest Diddy because he’s been working with the CIA for years. She said Diddy isn’t in jail because he’s a federal asset. Kanye tried to warn everyone.
This actually explains a lot. Diddy has done enough to be in jail by now, but the feds always seem to find an excuse to keep him free.
