While I don’t believe JT was necessarily envious of Ice Spice, I do think she was upset by Uzi’s apparent disrespect and flirtation with another girl in public.
Uzi did respond to the situation indirectly, but it’s worth noting his lack of defense for JT against Bari’s accusations. Instead, Uzi took to Instagram to hint at the state of his relationship with JT, admitting, “My relationship isn’t in the best shape. I just want to breathe.” He further expressed feeling distant from everyone, even when they’re physically present. Reading between the lines, it seems Uzi desires to be single.
