Listen up, because I need you to hear this. Someone needs to pass this message along. I’ve been saying it in the chat, and you all know who I’m talking about. Even if I don’t know who you mean, I’m with you. Let me make this clear again: I’ll release the DMs because you’re lying. You claimed I reached out to you to appear on “Club Shay Shay,” and that’s a lie!

Here’s what I told him: I’m starting to see that jealousy, hate, and envy are being masked as jokes. That’s what’s really going on. So why are people saying that Shannon Sharpe is about to expose Katt Williams for ruining his life and career? It’s only been two months since Shannon and Katt’s explosive interview, but the drama and controversy in the comedy community are still going strong.

At first, Katt was getting praise from fans but criticism from other comedians who felt he was trying to embarrass and humiliate Black comedians. But now, the spotlight has shifted to Shannon. People are accusing him of using his platform to take down Black men and claiming he’s anti-Black.

Shannon isn’t about to take the fall alone. He’s turning the drama back on Katt, saying Katt is the real guilty party. He’s also allegedly blaming Katt for ruining his career with his antics.

I’m not sure about all this drama, but come on in because the tea is getting spicy. “Club Shay Shay” is getting messier and messier. It’s almost like Wendy Williams never left; she just got a weight set.

It’s been about two months since Katt Williams’s epic interview with Shannon Sharpe, and it’s still got everyone in the industry talking. The video has over 60 million views on YouTube, so you know it was a major hit. You’d think the offended parties would have moved on by now, right? Well, it seems like that’s not the case.

Fans are absolutely floored by this, but he’s still catching a lot of flak. Not only is he facing backlash, but Shannon is now turning that anger towards Katt Williams. Shannon is blaming Katt for all the hate he’s getting, even going as far as to accuse Katt of trying to ruin his life and career.

This whole situation has been brewing since the podcast episode dropped. Initially, it was mostly Katt who was taking the heat from other comedians and entertainers. The reason? Katt spilled a lot of secrets about celebrities, especially those in his field, and it didn’t go down well. Many felt he was trying to embarrass his fellow Black comedians.

To be fair, Katt did go in pretty hard on some of these comedians. Some people thought he was coming off as a hater, especially since his career hasn’t been going smoothly in the past few years. They figured his harsh criticism was driven by jealousy.

One of the first celebrities Katt went after was Cedric the Entertainer. Katt accused Cedric of stealing jokes from other comedians and claiming them as his own. Katt said, “Nobody knows why liars lie. Cedric did the same thing. When asked if he stole my joke, he said it didn’t line up. How does it not line up that I did it on TV in 2018, you saw me do it at The Comedy Store in 2019, and then you used it on the Kings of Comedy?”

Katt called Cedric a fraud for not writing his own jokes and relying on others. He said, “Cedric is supposed to be singing, dancing, and telling jokes. That’s why he’s called the Entertainer. We found out he can’t sing, can’t dance, and doesn’t write jokes. His four comedy specials are so bad they’re not available on Netflix or Tubi.”

Cedric didn’t take kindly to Katt’s accusations and fired back on Instagram, saying, “Revisionist history. Regardless of Katt’s opinion, my career can’t be reduced to one joke he claims is his. I’ve been in over 40 movies; my specials and brand speak volumes. I even helped put Katt on. All that tough talk is corny. I’m a grown man. None of this is going to play out like you think. You do you, and I’ll handle my business.”

Cedric wasn’t the only one who clapped back at Katt. Kevin Hart also took to social media to drag Katt, calling him a clown who belongs in a circus. It’s understandable since Katt had also accused Kevin of being a fraud who stole jokes and was an industry plant.
Katt Williams has accused Kevin Hart of being a fraud, claiming Kevin pretends to be more successful than he is. According to Katt, Kevin has faked much of his career success, stating that in 15 years in Hollywood, no one remembers a sold-out Kevin Hart show, a line for him, or a standing ovation at any comedy club. Katt also pointed out that Kevin already had deals in place when he arrived in Hollywood, questioning the authenticity of Kevin’s rapid rise to fame with a sitcom and the movie “Soul Plane.”

However, Katt’s attack on Kevin isn’t entirely unexpected, as the two have had a long-standing feud. It began when Katt spoke out about being blackballed by the industry for speaking his truth. Kevin responded on “The Breakfast Club,” attributing Katt’s blacklisting to his drug addiction and unprofessional behavior. Kevin expressed frustration with Katt for blaming Hollywood and the white man for his problems instead of taking responsibility for his actions.

In retaliation for Kevin’s remarks, Katt spilled more tea on Kevin during an interview on “Club Shay Shay.” Kevin clapped back, calling Katt a clown who belongs in a circus. The feud escalated, with both comedians exchanging jabs, but Shannon Sharpe, the host of “Club Shay Shay,” remained silent, not defending Katt or addressing the backlash Katt faced.

Interestingly, the tables have turned. Allegedly, Shannon is now the one facing criticism from the same people who attacked Katt. The controversy began after Shannon’s interview with Monique, where she criticized Tyler Perry, Oprah, and even her own son. This led to accusations that Shannon’s show is creating unnecessary drama among comedians by inviting them to discuss others who aren’t present to defend themselves. Now, Shannon is struggling to defend himself against these allegations and harsh comments, finding himself in the same position Katt once was.

Katt Williams recently slammed Kevin Hart, accusing him of being a fraud who exaggerates his success. Katt claimed that Kevin has faked many aspects of his career, saying that no one in Hollywood remembers a sold-out Kevin Hart show, a line of fans waiting for him, or a standing ovation at any comedy club. He pointed out that Kevin already had deals in place when he arrived in Hollywood and questioned the authenticity of Kevin’s quick rise to fame with his sitcom and the movie “Soul Plane.”

This attack from Katt isn’t exactly out of the blue. These two have been beefing for as long as we can remember. It all started when Katt spoke out about being blackballed by the industry for speaking his truth. Kevin didn’t take kindly to this and went on “The Breakfast Club,” claiming that Katt was blacklisted because of his drug addiction and unprofessional behavior. Kevin expressed his frustration, saying Katt should take responsibility for his actions instead of blaming Hollywood and others.

In response to Kevin’s comments, Katt dished out more accusations during an interview on “Club Shay Shay.” Kevin clapped back, calling Katt a clown who belongs in a circus, and the feud only escalated from there. But Shannon Sharpe, the host of “Club Shay Shay,” stayed silent, not defending Katt or addressing the backlash Katt faced.

Interestingly, now the tables have turned. Allegedly, Shannon is the one facing criticism from the same people who attacked Katt. This started after Shannon’s interview with Monique, where she criticized Tyler Perry, Oprah, and even her own son. People began accusing Shannon of using his platform to stir up drama among comedians by inviting them to talk about others who aren’t present to defend themselves. Now, Shannon is struggling to defend himself against these harsh comments, finding himself in the same hot seat Katt was in before.

Dave Chappelle was one of the first comedians to criticize Shannon and Katt, remarking, “What part of the game is this? He went after the ninjas but didn’t mention any of these white boys. None of these white boys act like that. Katt is one of the best in the game, so why are you painting such ugly pictures of us? Stop. Hurt people hurt people, but I’m someone who never hurt people. He does it all the time.”

Dave also accused Katt of trying to ruin the livelihoods of his fellow Black men. He said, “If I told my story, it would break your heart. I lost everything and never told on anybody. And he acts like the arbiter of truth. Katt, listen, I f*** with you hard, but don’t tell me what part of the game is messing up another ninja’s paper. What part of the game is telling on another ninja?”

Once Dave opened up the conversation, it became a hot topic. People stopped talking about Katt and started focusing on Shannon’s role in the whole situation. It felt like he was deliberately bringing on controversial comedians to speak on others because he knew it would get him views. And it worked—his interviews with Katt and Monique became his most viral and viewed.

People love drama, controversy, and accusations, so Shannon’s strategy paid off. However, other comedians, like DL Hughley, voiced their discontent. DL accused Shannon of being messy and helping his guests spread lies and false narratives. “Well, ‘Club Shay Shay’ is getting messier and messier. It’s almost like Wendy Williams didn’t go anywhere; she just got a weight set. Monique was on, and every time I see her these days, she’s either complaining or working out. Nobody works out that much and gains weight unless every crunch you do has a cappuccino in front of it. She goes on ‘Club Shay’ and tells a story about my radio show, and I wasn’t even there at the time.”

Things got even messier when Mike Epps threw shade at Shannon during one of his comedy shows, claiming Shannon had been begging him to come on “Club Shay Shay.” Epps declined, suspecting Shannon might be on the down-low and didn’t want any awkward propositions. “That dude Shannon Sharpe called me for an interview. I said, ‘No, media, I ain’t doing no interview so you can sit across from me and look at my balls. Sit down!'”

“He thought he was going to attack Katt. That show is called ‘Sha Shay Shay.’ Put a wig on him and tell me if that ain’t my sister. They exposing everyone. They even got TD Jakes. That’s messed up. All that money that dude got from God, and they came out on him.”

Shannon wasn’t having any of that! He called out Mike for trying to use his name for clout. Shannon denied ever sliding into Mike’s DMs or begging him to come on “Club Shay Shay.” In fact, he flipped the script, claiming that it was actually Mike Epps who was desperate to get on the show.

“I’mma put this out there, and I’mma fire this shot over your head, [], and you will know exactly who I’m talking about. Yeah, mention my name. Mention my name again, and I’m gonna put the DMs out there. I’mma put them out, and I don’t like doing this, but you’re lying. See, and I don’t care about all that other stuff. You can say I’m gay, and you can say whatever you want, but I won’t chase a lie, and I won’t let you lie on my name. Now, you can say all that other stuff; I can deal with that. I’ve heard it a thousand times. I’m telling you this, and I want somebody to send it to you. And y’all know who I’m talking about. I don’t know who you’re talking about, but I’m with you. I’m [], say my name again, and I’m gonna release the DMs because you’re lying. You said I reached out to you to come on ‘Club Shay Shay,’ and you’re a [] liar. Now, when I see you, I’m going to see you. I’m going to see if you’re about that. Okay, I’m going to see if you want to say what you’ve been saying to get some jokes because you got mad because Katt Williams did what he did. Now, when I see you, I’m going to see if you’re really about that. And when I see you, I’m going to see if you want to be talking all that [] with those tight-ass leather pants, trying to be funny. Yeah, but I’m going to see if you’re about that. Say my name again. Be like Destiny’s Child and say, ‘Say my name, say my name,’ and I got something for your ass.”

“I’m lost, but I’m with you, and whoever you’re talking about, we’re with you. Yeah, like I said, all that, first of all, them saying I’m gay and this and that, it ain’t affecting my bottom line. I’m gay. I’ve been happy for years. It ain’t affecting my bottom line. Now, if it starts to affect my bottom line, then I’m going to make you put your cards on the table. But that don’t bother me. It’s that you lied, and you didn’t have to say it. Get your little joke, get your little laugh off, have fun, but just don’t lie and say I said something when I didn’t, and you know who you are, []. I’m calling you a []. Now, when I see you, boy, I promise you, I’mma pull up. I’mma pull up, and I’m going to see if you’re about that, ’cause I’m about it with you.”

At this point, it was clear that Mike Epps was actually chasing clout because he then went live to admit that he had blatantly lied about Shannon begging him to be on the show. He admitted that he was the one who actually DM’d Shannon about being on “Club Shay Shay.” Mike Epps also claimed that he was not going to be fighting Shannon Sharpe and was instead going to be going straight for the [__], if you know what I mean.

“Wait a minute, wait a minute. Now, I know Sha Shay. I don’t know what grown-ass man got a name like Sha Shay, but I know this grown man is not mad at me. So many people talk crazy about you. They were on Saturday Night Live talking about you, imitating you, but now you want to fight me? Now, I’m not going to lie, I did DM you to get on the show, but I DM’d you to get on the show because you brought my name up when you were sitting there with Katt, and you were trying to get him to talk crazy about me, but he didn’t. Okay, now, second of all, talking about pulling up on me? You’re gonna be at the altar. I’m gonna be at the altar in my hometown, and I’mma see you. Alright, I’mma see you, brother, and I’m just letting you know, I don’t be doing no fighting lately. I don’t do no fighting. So, you know, there’s only one other option. If you don’t fight, you do [], [], [], and [], and Oho, you shut up and go get some eyebrows. You look like a whole milk dud sitting there agitating. We watched the white boy kick your ass on TV, so you shut up, and Sha Shay, you did look like media sitting there. You was looking zesty. I’m not saying you’re gay, but you were looking zesty. You looked like Big Freedia sitting there. You need to take those tight-ass shirts off with the muscles.”

When Shannon heard about Mike’s comments, he was not having it. He went live to clap back, accusing Mike of being jealous and envious. Shannon said, “Mike, explain to me what’s fun about lying on my name. How would you feel if I said your wife has been used more than a stadium bathroom? Would you be cool with that? If I made jokes about your child being slow, would that be okay? No, it wouldn’t. So why should I be okay with it just because it’s a joke? What I’m seeing is jealousy, hate, and envy disguised as jokes. He’s a comedian, but I never hear him say stuff like that about anyone else. Why me?”

Everyone knew Mike didn’t want any trouble with Shannon. Shannon’s country strong, built like a tank from his NFL days, so it wasn’t surprising that Mike Epps backed down almost immediately. But things got messier when Mase and Cam’ron mocked Shannon for wanting to fight at his age. “You think I’m going to fight you? That’s a smart decision. He’s too grown to be wrestling. Go ahead with your dips and curls. I see you doing set number eight. Go ahead.”

Shannon was already on edge from all the people coming at him, so he decided to clap back at Mase and Cam’ron. “Now everybody’s got something to say. I’m coming up on four years of ‘Club Shay Shay,’ and suddenly everyone’s got something to say. Even this pastor, acting like a gang member, needs to sit his little girly boy ass down.”

Of course, Mase clapped back, calling Shannon out for being anti-Black. He pointed out how Shannon has all this energy for Black people but goes silent when a white man comes for him. “You want to be aggressive with me? You showed respect, compassion, and reverence for Skip Bayless. Why are you so aggressive when a Black person says something? The man said, ‘Put your glasses on,’ and you put your glasses back on.”

Mase had a point because Shannon does seem to treat white people with more respect. Dave Chappelle also mentioned this during his interview with Katt Williams. He pointed out how Katt and Shannon only went in on Black artists, completely leaving white people out of the conversation, accusing them of villainizing their fellow Black men.

In true Shannon Sharpe fashion, he’s now blaming another Black man, claiming Katt is responsible for the messy interview. He said Katt controlled the flow of the interview, and he just followed up on things Katt mentioned. If you saw the interview, that’s how it went. So it’s unfair that Shannon is getting all the smoke when he was just doing his job as an interviewer. He didn’t force Katt to spill all that tea.

An insider revealed that Shannon has been complaining about Katt ruining things for him, turning his show into a circus. It’s going to be hard for him to get high-profile guests now, and apparently, it’s all Katt’s fault.

The streets have been talking, and opinions are divided. Fans left comments like, “The machine is upset with Shannon Sharpe for allowing Katt and Monique to upset the status quo. They’re trying to cancel ‘Club Shay Shay’ because too much truth has been told. His ratings are through the roof, and other podcasters can’t compete. They’re hating, point blank and period.”

“The best thing about Shannon Sharpe’s platform is that we can stop saying women gossip more, ’cause that’s a messy man right there.”

“Shannon Sharpe is becoming messy, but what do y’all think? Is Katt ruining Shannon’s career after their interview? Drop your thoughts in the comments below
