This guy has been tweeting about my man for a whole year, claiming he visited my page to see him despite being blocked. Move on, buddy. I can sense your embarrassment. You made a mess of yourself in that store when you got confronted.” She punctuated her tweet with a clown emoji.
The feud escalated further when Nicki posted a scathing message on her Instagram story, labeling Meek a clown who craves attention and using the hashtag #TwitterFingers. She accused him of being aggressive towards women while being afraid of confronting men.
When she made that statement, I was taken aback. She asserted that Meek Mill allegedly abuses women—her words, not mine. Yet, it immediately brought to mind a snippet from an unreleased documentary featuring Nicki, where she disclosed being in an abusive relationship. Although no names were mentioned, speculation arose, linking it to Meek. It made me pause and reflect, realizing how I once vehemently declared no tolerance for such behavior, only to find myself ensnared in a similar situation. It was as if one individual had the power to diminish my self-worth to such an extent that I questioned my own abilities and aspirations.
Meek Mill took to Twitter to counter Nicki’s claims, insinuating that she was attempting to tarnish his career by accusing him of domestic violence. Instead, he redirected attention to Nicki’s brother’s conviction for rape, implying her complicity in supporting him legally. He even accused her of harboring knowledge of her brother’s wrongdoing. This public exchange left me stunned, wishing Nicki hadn’t engaged in this Twitter feud with Meek Mill. It all spiraled into a messy spectacle. Despite both being in relationships now – Meek Mill with his pregnant girlfriend Milano and Nicki with her husband Kenny – their ongoing tweets at each other appear bewilderingly absurd.
