Welcome back to the Sloan Show! Today, we’ve got a headline that’s both troubling and predictable: Courtney Kardashian’s supplement brand, Limi, is facing a class action lawsuit for deceptive advertising. The brand, known for its gummies, has been making big promises about improving your life. But personally, I wouldn’t put my trust in Courtney Kardashian’s products to change my destiny, and I wouldn’t recommend you do either.
Zimmerman Reed has filed a class action lawsuit and launched an investigation into Limi’s popular line of supplements. The claims are that Limi has been misleading consumers with deceptive marketing. This isn’t exactly a new issue in the supplement world—many products make bold claims that don’t always hold up—but it’s a fresh controversy for the Kardashians.
For someone like Courtney, who’s always promoting her health-focused gummies, it’s a bad look if these products aren’t doing what she says they will. The lawsuit is focusing on the Limi Per gummies, which are supposed to support vaginal health and odor. If they’re not delivering on these promises, it’s a serious issue.
And it’s not just the Limi Per gummies under scrutiny. There are also concerns about their curb capsules, which claim to help with blood sugar, their debloat gummies for bloating, and the matcha gummies meant to boost energy and metabolism. It looks like these products aren’t living up to their hype, and many consumers are disappointed. Sometimes, it’s clear that these gummies just don’t work as advertised.
So, there’s a class action lawsuit brewing for anyone who’s used these products without seeing any benefits. This could mean a big payday for the law firm and a tough break for Courtney. Even though the Per gummies for your “cookie” sold out quickly, both consumers and gynecologists have had their doubts. Apparently, the vagina is naturally self-cleaning—yes, you read that right. Products that play on insecurities about women’s health should definitely be approached with caution. There’s no solid evidence that you can or should change how things taste down there. Plus, the debloat gummies have 3 grams of sugar per serving, which might actually make bloating worse.
Here are five reasons I think you should skip spending your money on this product:
Probiotics are often hyped up as miracle solutions, but they’re just a trendy buzzword.
Most people don’t really need them, and there’s no scientific proof that they’re necessary.
If I were to recommend a probiotic, it definitely wouldn’t be this gummy.
For health issues, you should see a healthcare professional, not a celebrity.
This product seems to promote anti-feminist ideas and reflects patriarchal attitudes.
On another note, there’s a story that’s really upset me. I didn’t know who Danny Lay was until recently, but her body cam footage from an arrest has come to light, and it’s pretty shocking. The video, from a DUI hit-and-run incident in May 2023, shows her trying to use her fame as an excuse to avoid arrest. You can hear her telling the police that being an R&B singer should get her out of trouble. It looks like she ran over a teenager on a moped, causing serious injuries including a kidney laceration and a spinal fracture. The footage is hard to watch, with her car plowing right through the moped.
Let me know if this captures the tone you’re looking for or if there are any other tweaks you’d like!
Wow, it’s a miracle he’s still alive. In the video, she’s talking to one of the officers, mentioning she’s with Quo, who’s standing off to the side with his security team. The best part is that this particular cop couldn’t care less who she’s with—what matters is that she just ran someone over and nearly killed him.
Her behavior is infuriating. She’s grinning and laughing, acting like it’s no big deal. She’s trying to deny everything, claiming she’s totally sober, even though she blew a 0.145 and 0.148 on the breathalyzer—almost double the legal limit. She insists she didn’t hit anyone, didn’t run them over, and says there’s no damage to her car and that she hasn’t been drinking. It’s obvious she’s lying. The police reported that several witnesses saw her hit a teenager on a motorized scooter and drag him for about a block before someone flagged down an officer. And yet, she’s still insisting there’s no damage to her car. Just imagine being that teenager, dragged along the road, and then being told your injuries don’t matter.
And then she argues there’s no damage on her hood or bumper? It’s clear there is. Luckily, she was arrested and charged with three felonies. Hopefully, she’s learned her lesson because she could have killed someone. I won’t be listening to her music anytime soon, especially with her acting so recklessly and having bottles in her car.

Meanwhile, Diddy’s back in the news. I saw him recently strolling on a Miami beach in shoes. He’s also filed a motion to dismiss Rodney Jones’s lawsuit. We’ve covered this lawsuit extensively on my channel. Rodney has made some serious allegations against Diddy and included other claims. It’s clear Diddy wants to shake off Rodney, but Rodney isn’t helping his case by posting videos demanding Diddy pay him by Monday. It’s starting to look like he’s more interested in a payday than genuinely taking down Diddy.
Got my Diddy for that money—seriously, stop it. My friend wants that paycheck, no harm intended, you [expletive]. Just saying, it’s a rare situation. Who wants that cash by Monday, Diddy?”
Diddy’s lawyer is going all-in, examining every claim and pulling out legal acts like the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 to argue that Rodney was forced into those intimate situations. Diddy has shot down all these allegations, including the emotional distress claims, saying Rodney didn’t make a valid case for emotional harm. He even argues that Rodney breached his contract by going public with these claims—something Diddy’s people are known for.
The day after news broke about Diddy’s motion to dismiss the lawsuit, Rodney changed his tune, calling Diddy a soulless monster. He claims Diddy’s been sending people to intimidate him and that he’s been laying low, going through intense therapy, and feeling blackballed from the music industry since coming forward. Rodney said, “It’s been really tough because of this lawsuit. People don’t want to work with me for reasons I can’t fully grasp.” He added, “I’m standing up for what I believe is right for my life, and it feels like I’m being punished for it.”
Rodney also criticized the way people idolize Diddy’s billionaire status, saying, “Our culture worships Diddy and his wealth. People don’t want to see him fall because they live vicariously through him. They need to understand that Puffy isn’t a god, and this isn’t right.”
Even though justice seems scarce these days, I believe there’s enough evidence and public momentum against Diddy to make it hard for him to wriggle out of this one. I’d love to hear what you think in the comments below. We’ve got two more segments coming up on the Sloan Show: Ask Sloan and an unboxing with my sister and mom.
I always enjoy getting PO Box letters and packages, and my mom recently got one for the dogs. She wanted to open it there since the dogs are at her place. Many of you have been asking about Bunny—well, she’s now living with my sister. That was the plan all along. My sister’s bought a house and is getting married this year—I’ll be officiating the wedding, and I’ll share some footage of that on the Sloan Show. Bunny is doing great with my sister and her other dogs. My parents have five dogs, so Bunny has plenty of friends to hang out with. I’m glad she’s happy and thriving. Thanks for watching, and stay tuned for more updates!
Hey everyone, we’ve got an unboxing to dive into, and then we’ll jump into Ask Sloan!
Hi, it’s Sloan’s mom and sister here!
Delaney, hi! So today, I swung by Sloan’s PO box to send off some packages to LA, and guess what? We got a bunch of stuff from Dog Sauce! Since Bunny lives with us, I thought it’d be fun to unbox these goodies together. I’m pretty excited!
Alright, let’s check this out. Oh wow, look at these adorable toys and this sweet little card. It says, “Hi Sloan, welcome to the Sauce Squad! We’re thrilled to have you. Enjoy!” How cute is that?
Dog Sauce really nailed it with the packaging. We’ve got some cute dog toys and a few tasty treats: Beef and Sweet Potato and Chicken and Sweet Potato. And there’s a Dog Sauce bowl too! Everything is so well-packaged. I bet our dogs will love this.

Here’s a little card that says, “Winter is supposed to send a picture to an email, and if you match three icons, you win a free bag of Dog Sauce.” Fun!
We’ll try the treats soon and let you know how the dogs like them.
Alright, it’s feeding time! We’ve got the Chicken and Sweet Potato flavor ready. Let’s see how Bunny likes it.
Oh, she’s loving it! Definitely a win. Thanks, Dog Sauce!
Now, let’s get into the Ask Sloan segment. If you want to ask me something, just shoot me an email or message me on Instagram with “Ask Sloan” and your question.
Our first question is from Janine: “Hello! I hope you’re having a great day.” I’m having a pretty awesome day, actually! My friend is visiting from out of town, so I’m soaking up the beautiful weather on my balcony. Hope the sound is okay.
Janine asks, “Do you have any plans for merchandise in the future?”
You might have seen me wearing a Sloan Show shirt in the Hot Topic segment. Right now, I don’t have any plans for merch, but I’m open to it. I’d love to create something like a cool hat, maybe like the Blind Item Bucket Hat. What do you think? Drop your thoughts in the comments!
Finding the right partners for merchandise is tricky. I’ve tried before and backed out at the last minute.
Another question: “Do you ever get creative blocks? If so, how do you get back on track?”
I’m so passionate about what I do that I rarely hit a creative block. Sometimes I feel stuck, but I’m always brainstorming new ideas. My editors and I are constantly coming up with fresh content. Plus, you guys send me amazing ideas through email, and a lot of great video topics come from that. Keep those suggestions coming!
Samantha says, “I live in SoCal too and own a sailboat in Dana Point. I’d love to take you and your boyfriend sailing if you’re interested. I’ve been watching your videos for years, and I think we’d get along great!”
That sounds fantastic! I’d love to go sailing. I’m always a bit worried about tragic boat stories, but I’m sure a sailboat is much safer. Can’t wait!
Stephanie writes, “Hey Sloan, I’m a huge fan and I saw that we share a birthday on December 11th. I’m a few years younger, but it feels like we’re the same age!”
That’s awesome! It’s fun to have a birthday twin.

I hope you enjoyed this video, even with my mom and sister joining in. They had a blast and felt really special helping out. Thanks for being cool with it. It’s nice to get a bit more personal with you all—introducing Mom and Delaney!
I’ll be vlogging more in the coming weeks, and I’m filming with Trisha on Monday. Look out for my appearance on her podcast on Tuesday the 3rd!
Love you guys, and see you soon. Bye!
