Kanye West seems to be surrounded by some of the most powerful and dangerous figures in Hollywood, who’ve been trying to take him down for years. Lately, it looks like they’ve ramped up their efforts. Not only has he allegedly been put under some form of indirect conservatorship, but there are now claims that these influential people have supposedly gotten him addicted to some pretty serious substances as a way to control him.

So, what are these substances, and how did they get Kanye hooked? And is his wife, Bianca, really in on it, working with his enemies to ruin his life? Let’s break it down. It seems like Kanye’s adversaries are incredibly determined because they’ve tried so many different ways to bring him down, and up until now, they haven’t succeeded.

Kanye has been speaking out about some of the darkest corners of the entertainment industry for a while, and we all know that the people in power don’t like being exposed. Just look at what happened to Monique—she got blackballed for refusing to stay silent. Similarly, over the years, they’ve used various tactics against Kanye. For example, in 2022, they painted him as mentally unstable when he tried to expose some shocking things about the industry. They also manipulated the situation to make him look anti-Semitic, which fueled the efforts to cancel him. Unfortunately, Kanye didn’t help himself by continuing to speak in ways that reinforced that narrative.

The attempt to cancel Kanye didn’t really work out, mainly because his loyal fan base supports him no matter what. Despite all the drama, his fans stuck by him, and the whole cancel plan fell flat. After everything settled down, Kanye disappeared for a few weeks and then suddenly reappeared, married to a new woman, Bianca Sensori, and dressing even stranger than before. It was puzzling, but since Kanye has always been known for being a bit eccentric, most people didn’t think much of it.

Then, just a few days ago, things took a turn when Kanye’s former Chief of Staff, Milo, made some shocking claims. He accused Kanye’s dentist, Thomas P. Conley, of getting Kanye addicted to nitrous oxide—laughing gas, the stuff you get at the dentist. Milo didn’t immediately post about it on social media; instead, he did the right thing by submitting an affidavit to the California Dental Board first. But eventually, he took it to Twitter and shared the story. He tweeted something along the lines of, “There’s a reason Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, isn’t able to release music or clothing successfully anymore. Actually, there are a few reasons, but the most serious and recent one is his dentist, Thomas Conley. Conley got Ye hooked on nitrous oxide. I believe Conley and his associates were trying to take advantage of Ye by impairing his mental faculties. Earlier this year, I found out about the fraud and stepped in. Ye, hooked on nitrous, blew up our relationship on purpose by suggesting something he knew I couldn’t stand—his old dream of making adult movies.”

Before we get into the rest of Milo’s statement, there’s something worth discussing. A few months ago, there were reports that Kanye and Bianca Sensori were planning to start a company to produce adult films. At the time, people just thought it was another one of Kanye’s crazy ideas. But looking back, it didn’t make much sense, especially since Kanye has been open about his past addiction to adult content and how it nearly ruined his life. He’s even spoken out against it several times, like when he tweeted, “Yousef P destroyed my family, but Jesus will heal everything. Remove all forms of PE from Twitter and every platform. PE is the product of pedophilia. When grown men look at PE, they’re watching someone’s daughter relive trauma for money.” Given how strongly he felt about it, why would he want to start a company in that industry? It doesn’t add up. Now, with these new allegations, it seems like Kanye might have been under the influence of some powerful people and not fully in control of his actions. And it looks like his dentist, Thomas Conley, might have played a role in this suspicious situation.
So, back to what Milo said on Twitter. He’s not just claiming that Kanye was targeted by this dentist; he’s also saying that this guy, Thomas, allegedly goes after Black celebrities. Milo’s words were, “Thomas Conley is a dangerous predator who targets African-American celebrities, putting big diamonds in their mouths—like I suspect he did with Lil Yachty. He needs to be stopped. I filed a complaint with the California Dental Board last week to make that happen.” And just to show he’s serious, Milo even posted the affidavit he submitted to the board.

But before we get into that, I have to say, it’s kind of nice to see someone really standing up for Kanye. It often feels like people around him are just out to take advantage of him because he’s rich and famous. From what it looks like, the people around Kanye realized that Milo wasn’t someone who would put up with any nonsense, which might be why they allegedly started manipulating Kanye to start an adult film company—knowing that Milo was against it. This, supposedly, led to Milo quitting.

Now, about that affidavit—it’s pretty shocking. Milo says it details some seriously questionable actions, like the illegal supply of large amounts of nitrous gas to a wealthy, famous client for purely recreational use, and charging more than $50,000 a month for it. He claims this gas was supplied even after alarming symptoms started showing up, which had people worried. When Milo stepped in as Kanye’s Chief of Staff back in January, he discovered that people close to Kanye were stealing from him. He didn’t name names, but he mentioned that they were taking advantage of Kanye, who was allegedly always high—thanks to Thomas, the dentist. Milo also mentioned that around this time, a junior staff member confessed to seeing Conley lugging four large surgical tanks of nitrous oxide into Bianca Sensori’s apartment. Apparently, Yeezy employees were so concerned that they took pictures of this setup. When confronted, Conley admitted to bringing the canisters to Kanye’s home but claimed they were empty all along. To top it off, a long-time vendor shared how casually Conley would talk about putting Kanye under full anesthesia for no apparent medical reason, as if it were just a normal part of their day.
A bill for over $61,000 was paid by Yeezy just for nitrous gas. Milo then hinted that Kanye’s supposed bipolar disorder might not be real, suggesting it could actually be due to his substance use. He wrote, “The symptoms of Kanye’s bipolar diagnosis and the effects of long-term nitrous gas use are strikingly similar. Long-term nitrous use can cause erratic behavior, mood swings, and paranoia. A Yeezy employee, who wants to stay anonymous, told me they saw Kanye using the nitrous gas provided by Conley. But they couldn’t say whether a regulator was used or if any oxygen was mixed in.”

If that sounds bad, it gets worse. Milo revealed that Thomas had moved into Kanye’s apartment building, which is a huge red flag—why would a dentist need to live in the same building as his patient? It seems more like a case of addiction. To make things even crazier, Milo claimed that Thomas made Kanye pay his rent in the apartment building, with six months’ rent paid upfront. The affidavit also mentioned, “I found out that Conley moved into the same building where Kanye was living, and it was all at Kanye’s expense. Kanye asked me to negotiate a second apartment in the same complex, saying it would be used as a studio. Before I could finish the negotiations, I noticed a pending charge on Kanye’s American Express card showing that six months’ rent had already been paid to the building management. When I asked Conley about this, he claimed he was moving in at his own expense.”
He’s also accusing Thomas of taking advantage of Kanye’s fragile mental state for his own selfish gain. He wrote, “With Conley’s experience in the rap and hip-hop industry, where he’s worked with many stars, there’s no way he didn’t know about Kanye’s mental health struggles. I believe he tried to exploit that, using it against a celebrity whose issues have been well-documented in the media for over a decade and are known to everyone in Conley’s circle.”

And if that’s not enough, Milo also claimed that Thomas isn’t just a dentist but also manages an investment fund, which raises some serious questions. He wrote, “Conley isn’t just a dentist—he’s also running an investment fund. I think what he’s done could be both criminal and civilly actionable. Plus, I suspect he’s using his dental practice and connections with Yeezy to hide his real agenda and keep people from looking too closely at what his fund is up to.”

Given all this, it’s not shocking that Thomas was already in trouble for unethical behavior. The California Dental Board confirmed that he was put on probation in July 2023 for similar reasons, specifically unethical acts. They also suspended his license for two years and fined him a few thousand dollars, so they clearly had concerns.

If Milo’s claims are true, Kanye might have been caught up in a serious, dark scheme. It sounds like some people allegedly tried to keep him dependent on substances and make his life difficult just to maintain control over him. If that’s true, it’s a messed-up situation, and it might explain some of Kanye’s recent behavior. We’ll just have to wait and see how this all plays out in the end.
