Just when we thought CA Rock was turning a corner, she’s caught up in another mess—this one is worse than we could’ve imagined. If you missed it, Chan was arrested a few days ago on an open warrant, and it looks like she might be facing serious jail time. Her son, Chan Jr., is caught in the middle of this mess, with reports saying CPS has taken him, and Chan is on the verge of losing custody. Brace yourselves, because this news is wild.

Chan and Chan Jr. are going through a tough time, and, unsurprisingly, her baby daddy, Blueface, is at the center of it. He’s been causing her trouble for years, so it’s not shocking that he’s the reason she’s in jail and might lose custody of their son. The crazy part? Earlier this year, Chan swore she was done with Blueface for good. She said, “Saying no today was a step, but how do you break a soul tie? I had to step back because giving any part of me to him is messed up for my son. How do I let a man who doesn’t want to be a father to my only son still affect me? Then he texted me today, and I almost fell for it. It’s like, what am I doing?”

She continued, “I’m looking at my son like, cut the immature selfishness out. I’m disappointed with myself. Hey, Blue, go away. Stop hitting me up. Find another bed. It’s unsafe and unsanitary. You’re going to mess around and get HIV the way you move.” She also said, “God, help me want better. Free me from myself. I pray for the strength to stay disciplined because having a child and knowing his father doesn’t want anything to do with him is tough. Instead of doing what’s hard, I settle for the short end of the stick.”

But y’all, the drama didn’t even stop there! Just when you thought things had settled down, she was back at it again, starting up trouble like it was her job. Thankfully, karma did its thing, and Blueface ended up behind bars for violating his probation.

Here’s the scoop: back in 2022, Blueface got himself into serious trouble. He and his crew decided to show Contavious Trailer who was boss after he cracked a joke about Blueface trying to pick up ladies in his beat-up car. Contavious probably didn’t expect things to escalate, but y’all, they did. Blueface and his crew roughed him up so badly at a vacant strip joint that poor Contavious bolted for his truck. But Blueface wasn’t having that. He whipped out his gun and started firing like he was in an action movie. The excuse? Blueface tried to claim that Contavious was armed and dangerous, but let’s be real—Contavious was sprinting away from them, so there was no way he could have been shooting at them if he was running away, allegedly.

Blueface was arrested in November 2022. Days after the arrest, TMZ reported that Blueface was charged with felony attempted murder with the use of a deadly firearm or tear gas, as well as an additional charge for discharging a gun into a house, building, vehicle, or craft. He was granted bail for $50,000, which Chan paid, and he was released the same day. In his second court appearance, Blueface struck a deal and entered a guilty plea, which meant they dropped the attempted murder charge. As part of the deal, he also admitted to violence in firing a weapon. According to court documents, the judge revealed that he can’t be around anyone with a firearm. The judge stated that the rapper is playing with his liberty if he surrounds himself with guns. He is also not allowed to attend any strip clubs in the downtown Las Vegas area unless he has work obligations or any legitimate reason to be there. Blueface is prohibited from interacting with the victim of the shooting or his family and must avoid drinking and smoking during his probation.

Well, surprise, surprise! Blueface couldn’t even stay out of trouble for a couple of weeks before finding himself back behind bars. This January, Chan, bless her heart, started off by lamenting about her daddy getting locked up, even though her real-life father was alive and well in Baltimore. She swore up and down that she was done with Blueface, but the moment he got arrested in January, she was out here chanting “Free Blueface” like it was her job.

Meanwhile, Blueface seems to be playing a different game. Rumor has it that he allegedly snitched on her to the cops to lighten his own prison time. Just a few days ago, she got arrested at Blueface’s hearing. Apparently, Blueface insisted that she show up, but then sneakily tipped off the cops about her visit, knowing she had an open warrant. The moment she walked into the courthouse, the cops swooped in and cuffed her. She was taken away, and Chan Jr. was taken from her.

So, what happened? Chan said, “I got a whole other case caught up downtown. I don’t want to be downtown. It’s cool. I got my people looking. Excuse me, sir, why are you arresting her? Hold on, the charge is a warrant. A warrant for what? Sorry, a warrant for what, sir?” The officer replied, “A warrant.” She responded, “Right, you going to record me the whole way?” “The whole way,” the officer said. “Beautiful. Why? You’re a big star.” “Oh God.”

The craziest part is that Blueface’s real parents were both there, and they refused to take Chan Jr., arguing and causing a scene.

“But that’s what everybody saw you as on the internet—[expletive], [expletive], [expletive].” “Whatever. That’s why you’re here today. We all know that. Now, get out of my face.” “That’s crazy. You want to go against someone’s will, you feel me?” “[Expletive] yeah, I do, for your ugly ass. Let me show you how it’s done.”

Just when we thought it was going to be a quick wrap-up, things took a dramatic turn. Chan was thrown in jail without any chance of bail, and to make matters worse, Blueface’s manager, Wack 100, decided to spill the tea. According to Wack 100, Chan dug herself into an even deeper hole with the law. She went live on Instagram and boldly admitted she had no plans to surrender.

“All my warrants are getting cleaned up. I’ve been paying off fees and getting rid of [expletive], talking to certain people to help my situation out. I have my son to think about, so the old me would have just turned myself in and dealt with it from inside. But now, I have to be cautious. I don’t plan on being in jail while my son is growing up. So I’m doing everything possible to avoid serving time, and it’s working out for me. I’m working on my situations and stuff, that’s all.”

If she had turned herself in on time, she might have gotten a lighter sentence, but now it looks like she’s in for a long stretch behind bars.

“Alright, let me explain this. I didn’t think it was my place to speak because Blueface is my client, and Chan isn’t. But let’s clear this up. Chan has a couple of warrants. Arizona’s not serious, California’s not serious. The real issue is an Oklahoma no-bail warrant for a probation violation. You can’t bail her out. Stop asking, ‘Why didn’t you bail her out? Why didn’t you get an attorney?’ We don’t need to get her an attorney. The judge in Oklahoma will decide her fate when she gets there.

Unless the judge is extremely harsh because Chan has been talking badly about Oklahoma online, they might give her 30 days, reorder her classes, and let her go. Once she’s released, L.A. needs to stop coming to court. She accused me of not wanting her to come to court, making it seem like she doesn’t support Blue. Blue was already in jail; he understands that she doesn’t need to be there. Not only was she coming to court, but she was also going live from the courtroom. She doesn’t understand how life and the law work.

I’ve done my part. I’ve repeatedly said, ‘A hard head makes a soft ass.’ In the next 30 days, they have 45 days to transport her. If they fill the plane in time, they’ll fly her to Oklahoma. The sooner she gets there, the sooner she’ll be home. It’s not like she’s going to be incarcerated for a long time. Once you hear that Chan is in Oklahoma custody, understand that her baby, Chan Jr., has been taken by CPS because she’s in prison. There are reports that they might revoke her parental rights and take him away permanently.”
Hey everyone, we’ve got some major updates. Insiders are now saying that Chan Jr. is finally getting the medical attention he’s needed. Fans have been super worried because he hasn’t been hitting his developmental milestones. Despite their pleas, Chan has refused to get help—until now. With CPS stepping in, it looks like the baby is finally receiving the care he deserves.

This situation has sparked a lot of reactions. Fans are leaving comments like, “Chan deserves prison time for neglecting Junior. At his age, he should be grabbing things, sitting up, and looking around, but instead, he acts like a newborn. It’s heartbreaking. Chan Jr. is only nine months old and already facing so much. His daddy’s in jail, his mom just got arrested, and no one seems to care for him. He’s even getting bullied online. Chan deserves everything coming her way for lying about her sister, assaulting a camera person, damaging property, and drinking and smoking while pregnant. And where’s her dog? She’s vile, and my heart aches for Junior. He doesn’t deserve this.”

Honestly, I’m usually against a mother being separated from her child, but this situation is really complicated. What do you all think about Chan going to prison and losing custody of Chan Jr.? Drop your thoughts in the comments below
