Greetings, everyone, and welcome. I’ll be covering a range of topics, starting with Megan Thee Stallion. Recently, Megan addressed a blog attempting to stir up controversy between her and Cardi B. The blog insinuated that Megan favored a comment on her YouTube beat that seemed to elevate her above Cardi B. Megan swiftly responded, debunking the notion, stating, “I did not endorse any such foolish comment. I don’t manage my YouTube uploads; my label does. I harbor no ill will towards anyone, I eschew drama, and I refuse to participate in manufactured conflicts.”

It’s refreshing to see Megan addressing these issues head-on, as there’s been a noticeable trend of trying to pit her against Cardi B, especially in outlets like Media Takeout. It’s also worth noting that Megan’s YouTube page is managed by her label, which brings up an interesting point: while Megan is primarily associated with 1501 Certified Entertainment, she has closer ties to 300 Entertainment, founded by Lyor Cohen, who coincidentally heads YouTube Music.

Given these connections, it’s plausible that someone from Megan’s label, 300 Entertainment, liked a divisive comment on her YouTube page. What’s intriguing is that 300 Entertainment has affiliations with Atlantic Records, the same label as Cardi B. This suggests a calculated effort within the industry to stoke tensions between the two artists.

Of course, this is just my interpretation, but it’s clear that there’s more at play here than meets the eye.
It sounds like you’ve been following the dynamics in the music industry closely, especially when it comes to how artists navigate potential conflicts and maintain their brands. Meghan’s approach of focusing on her own success rather than engaging in feuds seems like a wise strategy, especially considering her past experiences. And congratulations to her on the success of “Savage”! It’s fascinating how social media platforms like TikTok can have such a significant impact on a song’s popularity and chart performance.

Kiara deserves recognition because her challenge sparked a trend that spread like wildfire. Notable figures like Keke Palmer, Marsai Martin, Normani, Ryan Destiny, Justin Bieber, Hailey Bieber, and many more joined in, showcasing their dance moves. Even prominent celebrities shared their own “Savage” challenge videos on Instagram; Angela Bassett, Janet Jackson, and Mariah Carey all contributed. Meghan Thee Stallion, thrilled by Janet Jackson’s participation, expressed her excitement. Despite lacking an official single or video, the song skyrocketed to the top 20 on the Billboard chart, largely propelled by social media’s influence. Kudos to Meghan Thee Stallion for her success!

Additionally, congratulations are in order for Doja Cat, who achieved her first top ten hit with “Say So.” The track gained immense popularity on TikTok and has become one of today’s biggest hits.

Switching gears, I previously discussed Keely Williams, former member of 3LW and the Cheetah Girls, addressing her alleged conflicts with Raven Symone, Adrienne Bailon Houghton, and Naturi Naughton. In her recent Instagram Live session, Keely refuted rumors of feuds and dismissed any responsibility for her actions towards Naturi. Notably, she declined to apologize for throwing food at Naturi, citing disagreements over Naturi’s accusations of colorism within the group. Keely stated, “I don’t feel that I have anything to make amends for,” especially regarding Adrienne.

The negativity overshadowed by the blatant lies and hurtful remarks she made about my mom and sister? Nope, not engaging with that. My apologies, but I’m not sorry, especially not to her. After Keely addressed her past feuds on Instagram Live, an old 3lw interview resurfaced, shedding light on how Keely treated Naturi within the group. It echoes Naturi’s long-standing claims against Keely. Talking about the challenges we faced? Sure, but I won’t dive too deep to avoid scaring you off. Keely’s personal struggles, like her partner’s infidelity, became group matters. We supported her through those tough times. Remember “No More (Baby I’ma Do Right)”? Well, we had to live those lyrics. Learning to work together? It was a process, to say the least. Keely’s behavior in that clip? Definitely not her finest moment. But she was young, and her family, who managed us, allowed it. To this day, they deny any wrongdoing towards Naturi, but that’s far from the truth. When the video surfaced on The Shade Room, Naturi’s comment said it all: “Gotta love receipts. #PoorBaby.” Keely’s behavior speaks volumes; she was undoubtedly the disruptive force in our group, despite her denial. She also tried to downplay the rumored altercation with Raven during the filming of Cheetah Girls 2, but Raven had her own take on it. As for Keely Williams, she’s been quite vocal about me lately. It’s Keely, Keely Williams.

From the Cheetah Girls, oh, the one with the cat who made that song, she doesn’t acknowledge the gap anymore. She had my name in her mouth, but I appreciated it. She kept it true to herself, in true Keely form, promoting my stuff without any drama. So, I appreciate it. No need to bring her up now. She’s going to live her life, and I’m about to just focus on mine. No, she’s just living her life, and I’ve got everyone followed. Every time somebody pops up, I just troll. Is that weird? Yeah, it kind of is. I was trying to share a video with you. Come on, don’t be like that. Let me show you. Breanna… I can’t. I don’t want any problems. I don’t want to be a joke. It was a cute video, okay? And no, I’m not going to. That was so shady. Last but not least, I do want to talk about Snoop Dogg having the nerve to throw shade at the R&B singer Ari Lennox for wearing a wig. Now, Ari was on Instagram live struggling to put her lace front on, and I’m going to play a quick clip of it before showing you what Snoop Dogg said. Watch this. That’s right, I’m going to push you to the front. I’m going to close my eyes, and we’re going to lay you low down. We can open our cup and eyes. This is going to be laid, it’s going to be deep, way like a cup in sex-worker. Oh, you’re doing it. This video was hilarious. Ari is crazy, aw. Now, the Shaderin posted this video, and Snoop Dogg threw shade at Ari in the comments, and said this: “Grow your own hair. What happened to those days?” When I saw this comment, I was like, really, Snoop, really? He must not know who Ari Lennox is. Ari Lennox is a natural hair queen, okay? She always wears her natural hair. She has big, healthy, beautiful natural hair. She knows how to take care of it, she knows how to grow it. So him saying, “Why doesn’t she grow her own hair?” like she doesn’t have hair is ridiculous. I have a question: Why don’t people stop policing black women’s hair? When a woman wants to wear wigs or weaves, let her do that. When a woman wants to wear her hair natural, let her do that. It’s her prerogative. Now, Ari did clap back at Snoop, and she posted this picture of him wearing a dusty wig, and she said this: “Uncle, I just thought we had an understanding.” Anyway, tell me what you all think about this video down below. Please like, comment, and subscribe, and share this video if you care. Thank you so much for watching, and I’ll see you next time. Bye.
